I just got called at my work from this number, i called him back and he had a heavy indian accent. He told me that i owe thousands of dollars if i go into court and pay, but he said we are willing to settle for the amount of 350 if i can deposit cash into a western union account. we need to put an end to this because they called my work, it was embarrassing.

Officer Steve Williams from federal crime investigation. Same as other post..message saying that a law suit is pending against my ssn. "Before you get 'surprised' by any of my officers at your residence or place of employment" call me back "It will be in your best interest to be ready with an attorney...may God bless you and good luck" -----I am not sure that is exactly what was said, because this man's voice was in a HEAVY HEAVY Indian accent. It was very threatening in nature, but I am convinced that this is crap. AND--It is illegal to give information out about the person you are calling unless you first verify the identity of the person. This person needs to be stopped. Sounded like (Indian) "Officer Steve Williams" from "federal crime investigation" was calling me from his bathroom the echo was so bad! Please advise as I cannot block the number bc it is blocked!

I recieved a call from a 0000 number that came up on my caller id. The person that answered begin stating his name, Detective Brandon McCormick, and he stated that I have a law suit pending against me and my SSN. I swear I have been getting these calls every month from different companies. Anyway after he told me that I wasn't listening he stated that the police was coming to pick me up either at my job or my home. I asked him what company is the account attached to and he wouldn't give me the information. He hung up on me and called back numerous times to get me scared. I need your help on who I can contact in my state or city who can stop this.
