Like many, I get several phone calls a day from "Paul," always from a different number in MA, CT or PA. These are either numbers that don't exist anymore or real numbers. It'd be nice to know the home number or company thats responsible but this must be difficult to know. I can't see how Robocall companies can detect numbers such as these. it'd be great if Verizon or other phone companies could find out who's behind "Paul" but this might be difficult to do. I've "played along" and have spoken to a live person and suppose that he merely represents a number of solar companies in the area and will contact one who'll then call you and make an appointment to visit you. In other words, U.S. Home Solar is merely a repreentative for any of many solar companies in your area and not a real solar company.
People need to go through the motions and try to seem like a good lead for the spam callers to hand off to whatever actual solar provider is keeping these A-holes in business. The people buying the leads are much likely to be a feasible target for our ire.
These spammers are relentless. They call me five or six times a day using spoofed numbers. I went through the tree and told the guy who answered that, when I find "Paul," I'm going to rip off his head and shit down the hole.
