Wake up folks! I get lots of these calls on our land line. So at Walmart I got an inexpensive wireless telephone system, recorded this message "We do not accept business or charity solicitations over this line. Friends and Family if you do not have caller ID then leave your name and message and we will return your call."
The system allows you to scroll all the calls and select those you want blocked. The only draw back is that I bought the cheapest thus I can only block 20 numbers.

Calls very late (after 8pm to 8:30pm). Never leaves a message on the answer machine. And also uses various phone numbers noted on the caller id but always with the caller name FAV. Wish I had more info. to give but I hope this may help out.

CID says FAV, like I know who that is! They don't leave a message, just keep calling back. Sometimes it's this number and other times the number is: 214-390-....

Scam. Used CID of Foundation of American Veterans which is not a valid charity. Any charity collected by telephone is a scam.

Received a call from this number 1-214-390-3012 caller ID reads FAV stands for foundation American Veterans, the person wanted me to mail him some money whatever amount that he would mail envelope. Told him we were on a tight budget he kept insisting, asked him what number he was calling from he gave me 1-877-871-7162 told him to hold, because I wanted to google his number, he said hello, I didn't answer he hung up. When I looked at my phone I noticed the number was different.

This number calls us 4 to 5 times a day. I would like to stop their calls. I have never answered the phone but am tired of the interruptions. How can I block their calls? Caller ID Foundation America Vets 214-390-3012

Do yourself a favor and blacklist this scammer! 800notes.com have 5 pages of reports about this scammer!

A year later and they are now up to 13 pages! In spite of that, the calls keep coming.

They never stop calling, I would not give to any on that calls the way they do. As a paid collector for an American Vet foundation, they make a very bad representation of our real VETS. STOP CALLING ME
