Savings on Electric Bill. Informed agent that the number was on the National Do-Not-Call Registry. Agent said that it was a follow up to something that was mailed and refused to give business and contact information and passed to supervisor. Supervisor revealed that it was Positive Energy and when asked to provide contact information asked if I was ready and then lead up to the information and abruptly disconnected. Looked up Positive Energy and found the related LLC. Talked to a supervisor there who said that number was on do not call on one of his lists but must not have made it to other call centers. Informed supervisor that he should stop all calls to all numbers under process was examined and fixed and he proceeded to say how hard it was to be perfect.
