They are saying that you Won Free Money. And now they want to be paid to receive your Free Money. It's a Scam. They start on Facebook and tell you to call a certain number. They ask you for your address, etc
Then they start asking for money to receive your FREE money that you supposedly won. Remember if you win Free Grant or Money......it doesn't cost a dime to receive your Award. Be very careful with this sort of Scam.....you will never get your money. They will tell you lie after lie to get you to send them money by buy Steam Cards at Walmart's. Then they tell you to send some $550./ Cash to so account through Money Gram. It's ALL A SCAM
