Got a call from 214-451-3168.
I also have gotten several calls from this disturbed wacko. Here is my solution if you have an Apple iPhone and maybe it may even work for your Samsung phone. I added all the people that I would like to receive calls from to my Favorites list and went to Setting and turned on in the Do Not Disturb, Manual and Repeated Calls feature. By the way, go to your Contact list, select the number you wish to add, and scroll down that on the phone number select, and depress Add to Favorites. Very easy, try it.

In this manner, anybody who is not on your Favorites list will go directly to voicemail. My number is on some IDIOT'S robocall list and am receiving 8 to 10 calls daily from various call cities throughout the US. I did not have to change my phone number, and took care of the mentally disturbed IDIOT'S who do not have any better things to do.

This strategy has worked for me and I sincerely hope it works for you.....
P.S. Go to DoNotCall.gov and file a complaint on both number: 214-451-3168 and 972-455-7858. My calls have been offensive and threatening.....

called CONSTANTLY .. luckily I used Google Voice so I finally just blocked the number and now its like PEACE again. Never left a message, just hung up

I have been receiving calls from this number for 3 months months straight. They call daily 2-3 times in a day. I never answer, they never leave a voicemail. I'm sick and tired of them calling me.
