This was creepy. After hanging up with this guy I Googled the number and wow! I'm stunned by the number of reports saying basically the same thing. CID said "Texas Houston" -- I'm in Washington state. I answered the phone at our business, and a very gravelly, deep voice said, "Hey, how you doing?" I said fine. He said something I couldn't understand, and I said what? He repeated it, but I still couldn't understand. I said who is this? He said, "It's your nephew." I didn't say anything, and he said "Michael". I said sorry, you have the wrong number. Silence for a while then he disconnected. I don't think he's disoriented (as some have said) or suicidal or whatever. I think he's a pervet getting his jollies off. Sick f***. BLOCKED!
