It stated that The President lowered credit card interest rates and that I needed to stay on the line in order to receive the lower rate on my credit cards. when I stayed on the line I asked which credit card company they were calling from and I was told not one of mine. When I asked who I was speaking to I was told "Dana" a female. When I asked what company she was with she said I told you my name was Dana and then disconnected the call.

They advertise a lower APR but immediately ask for social security number.

Lower interest rate on my credit card. I get these Cardholder Services spam phone calls all the time... very frustrating. No way to stop them.

If you try to talk to someone or get them to take you off the list, they either just hang up or get abusive.
