It stated that The President lowered credit card interest rates and that I needed to stay on the line in order to receive the lower rate on my credit cards. when I stayed on the line I asked which credit card company they were calling from and I was told not one of mine. When I asked who I was speaking to I was told "Dana" a female. When I asked what company she was with she said I told you my name was Dana and then disconnected the call.
