Claims I filed out a form requesting information (3+ years ago)

Selling Insurance - very pushy, and gives bad information and and waits for you to provide "correct information" - Told them I wasn't interested , but they keep on until i hung up.

There is a way to opt out of receiving phone calls from this telemarketer. I just called the number, a computerized voice picked up and said, "if you wanted to be put on our do not call list, press 1." So I did, then the voice said, "your number has been added to the do not call list, thank you goodbye."
