i am reportin this company for a second time there is a law that prevents calls from collectors or solicitators on Sundays - I am report this company again if problem persists i will file harassment charges against the company and sue them !!

Called my office phone twice today, hung up after 1st ring each time.
I was still reading the caller ID display on phone when they (or their robot dialler) hung up before I answered.
My office phone displayed 214-540-2035 as caller ID.

This is very annoying. Given the fact that I'm current on my payments, they call me even when i'm in class like 3 times. as soon as i wake up 2 calls. Its making me crazy. I want to block this number is it *67 or *69. This is silly because They are telling me that I own for May and yet we are not in May.

I don't know who this is, they won;t leave a message. they call multiple times per day. I do not answer unknown numbers. Escpecially on my cell.

HSBC Auto Loans sold some or all of their existing loans to a company in Italy called Santader (pronounced San-tan-DARE)
I must have made the mistake of calling them with my cell phone because now they have it and use it to call me all the time. I am behind but have explained my situation and have made my promises to make payments. Annoying to say the least. Don't leave messages just call.

This is a loan company that has purchased loans from multiple companies, they state that they abide by your original contracts but this is a BIG LIE... I am current on my loan and have been but when I asked for a deferment to pay my taxes ( which was something that I could take with my original loan company once every 6 months) they denied stating that I had to be over 45 days late (then they put you to collections) and or had a clode family member die and then they want a death certificate befor they would consider approval. WOW!! The are NOT helpful and DONT abide by original contracts. I told them that they would get paid after the IRS so they call me 15 times a day on cell but NEVER leave messages.

Its car loan compnay HSBC sold their loans to these people - 1 day late and they call, never leave a message.

did this recently happen? I am 2 payments ahead on my account which will be paid off in December and they are telling me that I am late. With HSBC I show that I owed no payment until May, they are looking for March. March and April were paid in early March. I am very concerned about this.

If you made payments to HSBC after the switch (which was in March) you will need to call and give them the payment information to bring your account current. Since HSBC no longer has a auto finance department your money could be in limbo until you get it cleared with the new company.
