SCAM. Uses auto-dialer to call cell phones, which is illegal in the State of Texas. There are attorneys that make a living settling cases such as this. I have filed suit against a company that repeatedly did this and the settlement came in quite handy. THIS company is next, I meticulously document each and every one of their calls.
