called, message in Spanish. I called the number back, and "Raoul" answered. He's an "insurance agent." I told him to take my number off of the list. He immediately hung up. I called back, and he answered again. I told him I was not finished w/the conversation, and wanted to make sure he had my number to take off. He said he sent an e-mail, and hung up on me again.

Spam. Auto call in Spanish about Obama care. Called 3x in one day.

Robo call rapidly speaking Spanish. All I could get out of it was Obama care.
