Caller had very poor english in his voice. He stated he was with the U.S. Federal Government Grants Foundation. I told him that I did not wish any solicitations whatsoever. He began to argue and then I hung up. Be it known that portraying oneself as a US Federal representative is a Class One offense in the United States.
