Omg for real

I received a voicemail from a man with an East Indian accent claiming that an arrest warrant had been issued for my address. The message sounded like an automatic caller. I called the number back and a man with an East Indian accent answered. I asked him if I was calling the IRS. He said, "Yes." When I asked, "Is this the IRS as in the United States Internal Revenue Service?," he hung up. I called back immediately and the phone just rang and rang.

I received a message on my home phone from Officer Joe...(unable to decipher the last name as it was mumbled) told me that the IRS has issued an arrest warrant against me at my physical address under a federal investigation. he states he has all my information regarding the warrant and he must hear from me today
