Joel called me today saying they had legal documents to serve me for green county Missouri on a payday loan and connected me to a Robert Norton. At 214)245-4511 wanting to settle for way less than the loan was for.

Called me 5 times to say they were delivering docs to my house at my county...some guy named Joe Clark..then stated where I worked and they would be here with docs to sign because I haven't set up an appointment to meet them. Still haven't seen anything. ...SCAM

called me, my family members. Called as early as 7 AM saying that they need to deliver important court documents for a loan I never paid , supposedly from 2013. we are now in 2017. i told the guy that the thatis wrong, I have never taken out a loan. He got aggressive and started to threaten me and hung up. Worried about identity theft, I checked my credit report and no where does this appear.

Said that they missed a call from me to them....I never called anyone I don't know. Asking me to call back immediately to deliver documents for the county I live in.
