i too was butaly attack on the phone by the same character....thick accent and real fast talking (middle eastern decent).Calling himself Ronnie Cooper.Demanding i send him money western union fast,or the FBI was coming to get me.the other name and phone number he is using is David Young and 213-289-3789 and 951-389-0292 .thanks yall be safe out there.

There is a male, Mid-Eastern, possibly a terrorist, possibly from Yemen,Pakistan,a voice with a definite Mid-Eastern diction terrorizing people on the phone falsely stating that he is with "Carrollton Law Firm" in Austin, TX. The phone Number is a land-line. He uses the fake name, "James Chand". He uses a variety of names with each terrorist phone call he makes. He is stalking the American Caucausians of the United States. He states,"he is doing an investigation and will show up at your house." He states, "he will make sure you will loose your job." He states, "quit running from us." He has falsely stated he is with "Carrollton Law Firm" which is in Austin, TX. His landline phone# is with Southwestern Bell in Dallas, TX. BEWARE citizens of the United States. This is very creepy and scary and terrorist-like in its activity. Caution-do not return this creeper's call. Simply document with the FBI and Homeland Security. Have your phone lines tapped by the detectives to monitor all your calls. The phone # this creeper,stalker, terrorist uses is:214-989-6077. Remember, he uses a variety of names, he has a severely strong, mid-Eastern diction, almost unable to pronounce simple ENGLISH words properly. Citizens of America Beware.

I have been scammed but these crooks too. Calls started a couple of week agao. 951-489-0227 and 212-389-9504 are the phone numbers they leave. They are HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE people. I filed a report with the FBI, FTC and State Attorneys office. Yes they all identify themselves as Officer somebody. All "american" sounding names. They are totally reading from a script too. Heavy, heavy middle eastern accents. I called them back and did a number on them. First they said they are the state department then the police department. DON"T GIVE THEM A DIME.

I too have been recieving calls from "Officer Williams and "Ronnie Cooper" same thing saying I took out a loan on the internet and that I waas being sued for $1,600. I went off on him asking if I took a loan out then you had to deposit it in an account? What was the account number you depositied it into. He gave me for numbers they were not mine!!! What a scam!!!! He then told me to send them $75 to get my name off the list.... I told him he is not getting s___t from me!!!!!!

I agree with you when I decided to google the number. I read some complans. Thank God I did not give information to Ronnie thru viedo relay service, My husband was upset because he dislike if any man who call me. He expect me to not give out phone number to any men except his family or approved from him. He asked me to call and follow up with Ronnie when I got message. I saw interpeter who mimic (copy) to translate Ronnie's voice what he said while my husband watched TV. He said " I am lawayer and sue you" when I saw an informal behavior of him what interpeter translated excatly. I automaticaly knew what is going on but I was puzzled and asked him " why, what kind of sue and what sue is for" He never identified at all eventhought he asked about last four social security number. I told him " I refuse give my personal information unless you can write letter and send'. He hang up on me. I looked at my husband. He angrily said "Obviously it is scam" eventhought I was worried What the heck why he or some people have my name and my phone number. Please watch out when someone who first call amd ask you about ssn, Never share information period
