robo call. will ask for person by name but will not identify self.

Received call from this number 3 times in the past week. Each time a robot asks for me by name but doesn't identify who is calling. I wait for someone to pick up and the robot says for me (again calling me by name) to call back at this same number.

When I call back I get hold music for 3 minutes, then Ms. Roboto says that all representatives are busy now and to leave a message. Which of course I do not.

During this process, Ms. Roboto specifically says this call is not a sales or telemarketing call.
