Tried selling auto insurance even though my number is on the "DO NOT CALL" list.

This number calls every cell phone in my household and my home phone. I have had to block them from all phones. They are SELLING Auto Insurance ! Tries to say only want to give quotes If true why would they be calling people! Legitimate businesses DO NOT Violate the Do Not Call List..All my phones are on it so I report EVERY CALL from these people..Everyone needs to do the same so maybe if they get fined enough they'll stop. I don't think this is a spoofed number because people are able to call it back and get someone.
