Alleged that he was from Microsoft and that they were getting notification that there was a problem with my computer - wanted to know if I was close to computer to work on issue
Caller: Gentleman with an Indian accent
A guy with Indian accent offered fixing of my pc. The guy said my pc got infected. He asked me, " are you in front of your computer" I told him my pc is taken care of by my company IT guy, so, I do not have to anything. Then, he said my HOME pc got infected.. I lied to him that I do not have a pc at home, then, he hang up. I believe he is a scammer, trying to hack my pc to steal my information.
