They never stop. they continue to call even though you've been "taken off their list". Well, Call Mr. James Lee (President of this polling company) and tell him how you feel. I would suggest either around dinner time or about 3am.

They claimed to be conducting a "survey" but they were clearly trying to sell me insurance. The survey part was obviously bogus.
