Supposedly: due to new state regulations they can save me money on my bill with 'Duquesne', dial 5 to talk with one of their 'friendly representatives. When I do and ask them to remove my number from their calling list, they either say they will (and don't) or when I ask to speak with a supervisor they will hang up on me. I have informed them over ten times that I'm on the do not call list and that I do not wish to be called - to no avail. I have also told them that I'm now recording the conversations and yet they continue to call, now on a more frequent basis.

Upon answering (or not), same initial recorded message states that the call is pertaining to your electric bill, mentions government program and Duquesne Light. In the past when I've received dozens of these calls, I've asked if they represent Duquesne Light, and they said "No."

Alternative Electric Services was on a recorded message. I was then connected to a live person. The caller ID said "Client Retention."
