RCS - Comes thru a call center; you can hear the phone connection once you pick up the phone. 2nd time they've called saying they have a package that was sent out to us and returned to them so they are calling to verify the address. It is of course a free item just to say thanks for new & future maintenance purchases. They say their company name is RCS; Innovative something....DECLINE what ever it is and ask them to take you number off of their calling list. DO NOT give them your name.
