Constantly calls me about modifying my mortgage and I don't have one.

answer and get a recording. wait and listen to the entire stupid message about getting help with mortgage, blah blah blah... make it to the options statement of the recording and you can choose 1 to speak to a rep or press 3 to be removed from their marketing list. I have gotten this call several times and have hit 3 every time until today. I decided to attempt to talk with one of them. so i hit 1, and it then rings and someone answers. I begin to explain to them that I get calls multiple times a day from them and then they hung up on me. you cannot call them back because the number is listed as disconnected or changed via Verizon Wireless. Does anyone know the actual name of these ******** who are calling? company name? so i can file a claim against them for harrassment?

a recording says press one to talk to someone about saving my mortgage from forclosure. I press one and it is a different company every time and they claim they dont know how they got my call. caller ID says it is from swift thomas but the number 1-215-498-3624 says it is disconected. one said they get the service from national mortgage but that didnt help. next time I will start the ordering from what ever they are selling and get more info about them for the police.
