some sort of emergency call button for senior citizens. The call started out, "If you are a senior citizen.... (which I am not). I listened through to the end, hoping to be able to be taken off their list. At the end, it said, "Press 1 to speak to someone about this (whatever it was). Press 5 to be put on our do-not-call list. I pressed 1, planning to point out to the person that this type of call is illegal, but was met with only dead air. I believe the # they called from was (319) 450-0217, call recieved at 3:50pm today. I recieved another call from this # at 4:03pm (the only duplicate of the 24 recieved over the past 2 days, but had turned the ringer off by then.
I find it interesting that ALL of the #s with a New Hampshire area code (603) also start with the #s "520", my local calling area.
