This is a recorded scam call, claiming an issue with your credit card in order to obtain your account information. You can tell it's definitely a scam in this case because the recording states "Cardmember Services" only without identifying the credit card provider. Before providing personal information over the phone, always ensure you know the caller is legit. In this case, call the number on the back of your credit card.
