This is Catalyst out of Pennsylvania calling on behalf of AARP United Healthcare and it is an automated survey asking the quality of the last contact made with an AARP United Healthcare agent. Any time you call United Healthcare, this number calls you back to ask you to rate the customer service representative by pressing the number from 1 to 10 representing the quality of the service representative. It is a nuisance.
