My phone is on the do not call list also the security on phone is set up to stop this.They still called. At 7:30 am.

This sounds like the "Windows Error" SCAM...
That THICK accent is because they are calling from Pakistan.
The phone number that they call from is a Spoofed number. ( one that is randomly picked to display to you.)

ABSOLUTLY DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION.
They want you to give them access to your computer, to give it a Virus and take your computer Hostage.

This SCAM has been going on for Years...

called 4:28pm/5/3/17, then 3 times before 8;00 am the next day to "service" my p.c. When refused, he threatened to block my access to my pc. I shut down router. Did not get his name. Spoke hard to understand accent.

Called from "Microsoft" about a bad computer. ..

Called today at 7:50 a.m. local time (yesterday at 9:40 a.m.). No message left either time. Must be autodialed, though why so early?? CID only shows Cell Phone PA.
