This guy calls our shop just now, the CID shows "Bristol PA" - we're in WA state. Because of that distance I was suspicious when he asked to speak to our service manager. I asked him what it was about. He seemed to be taken off guard by my question (he likely assumed I'd put him right through) and stumbled about, finally saying RV repair. I said what type of RV repair? We went back and forth 4 or 5 times with him saying RV repair and me asking what KIND of RV repair? He finally said "I just need to know where to drop off the drill bits." So I put him on hold while I went out and asked my husband if we were expecting a delivery of drill bits. He said tell him no. I said I was just going to let the SALESMAN sit on hold, but (surprise!) he had hung up. BLOCKED.
