Its a recorded message that states it a card services that asks you to push 1 to get to a real voice on phone soliciting you to take there credit card at a reduced interest rate, unfortunately i have no credit cards and have no need for such a service. This has been explained to these people over and over, please take steps to remove there license to do such business.
