Some kind of medical alert device that the man said had been delivered on our behalf. I did not order anything of that nature. I believe he was scamming for intention of identify theft.

Emergency Medical Alert system. It was a recording meant to sound like the person was talking to me. John from the shipping department had a system for me that has already been paid for,... I've gotten this same recording at least 4 times, but I only have caller id information for the 2 most recent calls.

In the ID portion there's no name associated, but rather a number. That is v80212194620020. If you try to call the 216-206-6376 back, a recorded message says its not a working number.
