Number just called my cell phone. I didn't answer. No message. Blocked it now.

I was told by the caller that after I submitted a brief survey I would be transferred to a travel service to arrange a free cruise. After I answered 4 brief questions I was asked to enter 1 to be transferred but when I did the phone disconnected.

Did not even have time to say hello before I heard "Hello this is the customer service department, can you hear me ok?" I've been waiting for The customer service department to call me! Not...hung up and did not receive a call back.

I was told by a recording that I had received a free cruise!
