Started giving calls in July, still calling. They have about ten numbers so must be spoofing. We did tape the idiot trying to be scary. Played it for some friends over last week. Some almost wet their pants laughing! We kept the recording so we can have some more fun. She tries to make it sound like she knows you too. Well, we cannot judge but there will be a judge for her one day. It won't be in her favor. All the calls are out of Ohio maybe around the Hartville area. 216, 234,419, 218,504, 438, 330 area codes. Did a star 57 on them so we can go there when needed.

Pay no attention to them. Evil people.

received a call today from a company that answers the phone Litigation Support. They claim to be representing “Online Advance LLC” to collect a debt from about 4 years ago. The claim I was sent a letter with all the details, I received no such letter. I asked for a copy of their claim with the date of transaction and all charges. They said I received a letter and they are not authorized to release any additional information. I told them without such information I was unwilling to proceed. They also notified me they were working with the states attorney and if it was not resolved in 72 hours there would be an arrest warrant issued. The warrant would be for a felony and I would be arrested. Previously they commented it was a civil matter. They gave me an account number of xxxxxxxxxx. Be advised me and my son have the same name and about 3 maybe 4 years ago my son used my social security number and did receive a number of pay day loans in my name. He was on drugs bad! It was simple his checking account was in his name which is the same as me so they sent the money I ultimately dealt with all that showed up. It’s been years since and I do not believe they hold a good debt. I read on a Consumer Affairs website that this scam. I searched the phone number and there are a number of websites that claim “Litigation Support” is a scam using old record from some cash advance company

I received the same phone call, its a scam! Please fill a police report, especially since they have all your personal information on file.

I got the same call today at 2:44pm. They had an old bank account, ss#, and said the same as above. Who are these people????
