It's not a telemarketer. It's an attempted credit card scam. The "Sarah" recording starts by saying they've been monitoring your credit card use. Have you bothered to ask them to tell you who you are and what credit cards you have? They should be able to tell you your name and the credit cards and numbers that you have, since they called you claiming they've been watching your credit card use and can lower your interest rate. They couldn't tell me who I am. And I don't have ANY credit cards, so I know they haven't been monitoring my credit card use. And they definitely can't lower interest rates on credit cards I don't have.

Don't answer. Its a scam. They called and left me a message this afternoon. "We're calling in reference to your current credit card account. There's no problems currently with your accounts. It's urgent however that you contact us immediately concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rates. Press 1 now. Your eligibility expires today. Consider this your final notice. Press 1 to be connected with a live operator."

Called my cell phone in So. California at 9:41. I didn't answer, and the caller left no message.
