Called my mobile number. Identified as Cleveland area. Don't know anyone there and not expecting a call from this number. Did not answer and no message was left. Read this is a scammer afterwards.
DO NOT SHARE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WITH THIS CALLER!!!!! This number called with an offer to lower the interest rate on my credit card. When I questioned who they were and where they got my number the person on the phone began speaking another language. I informed him that in order for us to communicate he would need to speak in English. He then put me on mute at which point I informed him I would be reporting the call to the Better Business Bureau. I was then removed from mute and the call was disconnected.

It's a credit card scam. Once they have your credit card info, they will start making charges.
They called me at freaking 7am! Really people!!!! I called back and all it said was: "This call could not be completed as dialed. Too busy." Where did they even get my number!
