I didn't recognize the phone number and let the call go to voicemail.
A female robo voice says "she" made several attempts to get me to call them back and this is the FINAL attempt in order to lower my credit card interest rates.
This is 100% Bogus and a Scam.
By personal choice I neither have or use credit cards. There are ZERO legitimate reasons for me to EVER get a call like this.
This is a criminal attempt to defraud and steal one's personal and financial identities, probably via a phished/spoofed stolen number.
