This is a REALLY poor quality robocall. It was so poor it the female robovoice sounded like it was dragging and that a make voice was actually making this call.

I never give my wireless number out to businesses. there is no validation for me to get this call. Actually there is ZERO reasons I would get a call from Visa ever as by personal choice I neither have or use credit cards. There are no accounts period!

This is the 3rd "credit card services" call I have gotten in a short period of time. Time for thos to stop!
