Unsolicited financial/mortgage services, from a company with whom we neither currently nor ever have previously done business with (i.e., Quicken Loans), despite our multiple previous requests on at least 3-4 separate occasions, over the past 1-2 months), all delivered directly to a live person (in response to their direct telephone solicitations to our home telephone number), to remove our name/number from their solicitation list, to immediately place our name/number on their internal "Do Not Call" list, notifying them that our numbers are actively registered with the Federal DNC Registry, and directly asking that neither they nor any of their representatives/ affiliates ever call us/our number(s) again. In spite of our multiple direct requests for non-solicitation, these solicitation calls (from Quicken Loans) continue, at various hours/days of the day/evening/week. Unfortunately, we do not have records of dates/times of their previous contacts and our non-solicitation requests.
