Just called on my mobile. "Survey" from Independence, OH. Didn't answer: blocked call

The caller said he worked for IRS Fraud Investigator. I hung up. My phone said it was a spam caller. He didn't call back. I block number

Got a call from this number while I was on another call and they left no voicemail. I called the number back from my call log and some guy who sounded pretty drunk answered the phone. I apologized for missing the call and asked who they were as I didn't recognize the number. The guy just went off on a racial tirade, threatening me and my family; I eventually just had to hang up. I'm a little concerned about my safety, but the guy didn't seem to know who I was either, so I'm hoping he just won't call back.

Received a call from 216-487-7010. It was to offer to lower my credit card interest rate to 6%, but then wanted me to "confirm" my credit card number and I told him I did not feel comfortable giving out my information over the phone. He became very agitated and said "You're not listening to me! I do not want the whole number" and when I explained to him I did not want to give out any info ESPECIALLY to someone who called ME out of the blue he started yelling. So I told him "you are being very rude and I'm hanging up now". I would NOT give my information to whoever it is calling and block their number immediately.

Called my cell phone, no business has been given my cell phone number.
It's against the law in my state for soliciting phone calls be made to a cell phone without written permission from the cell phone holder & no business has that from me.
Reporting illegal call.
