This is the 2nd call I've gotten today (different numbers) with the same female robo voice and the exact same credit card Scam spiel.
The robo voice gets huffy sounding as ot says theu have tried several timed to contact the call recipient to no avail... the credit card offer is going away if they aren't called back.

This is 100% BOGUS! By personal choice I do not have or use credit cards... period. There is no account that would ever legitimately warrant a call like this. If there were, it would never have my cellular number attached.
Some people are saying this is WalMart over a WalMart credit card. WalMart was never mentioned in the voicemail. Tho I shop there, I have never once given WalMart my cellular number.
This is a SCAM to defraud people.
