The caller ID shows "Scam Call". This call was made spoofing (stealing) a lady's Cleveland, Ohio landline.
Because of the caller id identifying this as a "Spam Call", I let the call to voicemail. No voicemail message was left.
Because of no voicemail msg, I could not identity which of many spiels came with this call.
Since they had the audacity to steal a person's phone number, this may have been a call like Faux Disney. Faux Disney is a known scam of getting people's credit cards in the name of a "small handling fee". Once these criminals have the card number, they max the card out.
