They keep calling me.. I keep telling them that they need to stop bc i dont know what or whom they are looking for. told me that I had business with Western Union. I said I dont see how since I am the only one working as my husband is very ill..............they keep calling repeatedly.........told them to stop they still call....all hours of the day too....dont they have anything better to do than to bother people.

Autodialer Collection Agency. Does not leave a message with the number they are calling so it makes our business call center go crazy as we have many inbound numbers and some of our employees forward their cellphones to their extensions. Refuses to change their dial up methodology to prevent this problem so we had to block their numbers at our switch.

PHONE CALLS: I am an 81 years old great-grandmother who can barely see yet am being harassed/pestered/threatened by this Joseph, Mann & Creed. I've changed my home tele-
phone at least 3 times in this past year - JUST SO I WON'T BE CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES EACH DAY by this insensitive person. AM ABOUT READY TO GET OUT OF THE HOME TELEPHONE MODE AND USE MY CELL PHONE FOR EVERYTHING. CAN EVEN CHARGE IT IN MY VEHICLE. Thanks

Extreamly rude agent called to collect the debt that didn't exist. I don't know where did they get my info, but after I tried to explain to the "agent" that the information she had was wrong she started to scream on me and telling me that she knew her job and I better give my account number to her... Unbelievable... Next step I am calling BBB to report this nesty b**** and company she working for...

Asked for my husband. I asked what this was about; caller said he represented Joseph Mann & Creed & it was about $911.25 for Western Union. I asked when he said Dec 23rd. I said we have a serious problem because my husband passed away on Dec 19th. Then he changed his date to October. I said my husband was disabled and only income was social security so it was impossible he would have any business with Western Union. Scary part was he had my husband's social security number (I didn't acknowledge) and a previous address from a few years ago. He called on my husband's celll which I'm still using. He hung up saying he needd to investigate further but didn't ask for any of my info or current address, etc.
