Someone with an Indian accent trying to extort money from people. They claim that they are from the IRS and that you owe back taxes and the only way ti o avoid being arrested within 45 minutes is to keep them on the phone while you go to Walmart and buy a gift card or monogram for x amount of $$$ and tell them the numbers.
