Keep receiving calls from LRS Litigation to my place of employment telling me that I have a straining order against me and that I need to call within 24hrs or else they are going to report this to the my employer. I work for the federal government and this very frustrating. I just want these people to stop calling my place of employment.

MY HUSBAND RECIEVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER.. 1-216-644-1249.. AND THEY SAID THAT IF HE DIDN'T CONTACT THEM BACK THAT LEGAL ACTIONS WERE GOING TO BE TAKEN AND THIS WAS LEFT ON A PERSONS ANSWERING MACHINE THAT ISNT EVEN HIS EMPLOYER.. HE DOESNT WORK. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CONTACT HIS EMPLOYER FUNNY WHEN HE DONT HAVE ONE. WE DONT KNOW WHAT DO TO HOW THEY GOT HIS INFO OR THE PERSONS NUMBER THEY ARE CALLING. BUT I HAVE HAD THREATING PHONE CALLS FROM PEOPLE LIKE THIS BEFORE AND THEY WERE SCAMS!

I receive a phone from LRS stating i had restraining order place on me and my employer would be call. When i call back the numebrs left- 337-0014 and 216-1249 the voice mail box was filled and you could not hear the callers name. I try back several time and still no one answer. They need to let the person which payday loan it was. All are currently pay for.

I received a message on my home phone on 9/11/2013 saying I had or my Atty had 24 hours to call back. Every time I called the mailbox was full so I sent my number which it allowed me to do, no response. Then this morning a private number called same message except my Atty or me had 4 hours to call back, which I did several times mailbox still full sent my phone number no response. The message indicated that a complaint regarding a restraining order has been filed and if they do not hear from me there calling my employer, I don't have a job LOL! I did my part they have not done there's and why is a recording calling? Scam is what I think.

Stated that I was being sued by a payday loan but could not give me the name of the company. He would not give me his name or who he worked for nor would he give me the time to talk to a lawyer. It was either pay now or go to court.Said I could either settle out of court or law enforcement would deliver an order of being sued. He also mentioned a restraining order. I agree with Lisa Ann what does that have to do with repaying a debt?
