This company repeatedly robo calls me even though I have asked them in 10 separate phone calls to stop calling me. My cell phone number has been on the Do Not Call registry since 10/08/2010. The robo calls say "This is Anne (or similar) from Account Services (or Card Services)... we offer a special low rate credit card...To take advantage press 1 to talk to a service representative." I press 1 each time and politely ask the live operatior to stop all calls to me, but they immediately hang up. I call back the number, but no answer. I call again the next day and the number is disconnected.

Last chance to lower the interest rate on credit cards...and these calls have been ongoing for two years, perhaps. They don't ID what cards they are calling about and the calls don't provide the option to press "3" to stop receiving these calls.

These calls are coming from a call center in Costa Rica. They do cold calling and sell the leads to numerous companies. Tomorrow this same number may be selling Energy Audits, Cruises or Timeshares. Keep complaining to the FTC and FCC, and start bugging our politicians to pass laws to make it punishable in criminal court instead of handing out fines that they don't pay.

I received a call from this number about 10 minutes ago, and I have received calls from similar numbers before. I don't answer numbers I don't know, but these people never leave a message. I tried calling the number back, and I was given a strange message saying that "this phone number is not active"...weird. FYI to all of you out there, please don't ever give out any personal or financial information over the telephone when someone calls you.
