Reducing credit card balance - these people call both my home and cell phones. The call is originally recorded, and, if you want their service, then press a couple of numbers and a person (finally) comes on-line. I have specifically asked to be taken off their list. I did talk to a person twice - first time I told them I was on do-not-call registry and they immediately hung up. Next time I indicated to take me off their call list and asked for their number - they hung up. I do not recall the exact dates of my personal contacts or coding in my request to be removed from their lists, but I've done this over 5 times over the past 2 years! PLEASE STOP THESE PEOPLE!!

Said it was regarding my credit card account. I do not have any credit cards. This is at least the sixth call I have received from them. I spoke to them once informing them that I do not have a credit card and they rudely hung up on me.
