This message: "Hello, we have very important information regarding your credit account. This is your last chance to reduce your credit rates. Press '1' to speak to a representative."

I pressed '1', and was placed on hold with music playing for almost an entire minute.

After holding, line was answered by "Jamie with Account Services". I explained the number was a cellphone and requested to be placed on DNC again. "Jamie" needed me to explain the request a second time, and just hung up on me.

It was an offer to lower credit card interest rates. The recording said to dial 1 to be connected to an operator. On both occasions, I pressed 1 in order to ask them to not call this number, it rang but then disconnected without getting a person.
