consolidate credit cards into one low interest card recording, press 1 to talk to person. When I pressed 1 and was connected, man hung up on me immediately upon being asked to put my number on their do not call list.

the message said something to the effect of "this is an urgent message recarding your credit card - please press 1 to speak with a representative and lower your interest rate". I pressed 1 and informed the guy that I've previously requested to be removed from their calling list and he said "how's that working for you?" I said it's not and I would like it removed, he said "what do you think that's going to do for you?" I asked if he was serious and he hung up. They have called me before.
