They indicate that there is no problem with my credit card information but that they can reduce my debt. You press 1 go on hold and then a person answers. When you ask to be removed from the list or ask any questions they hang up.

Credit card refinancing. The call is false in my case, I do not have a Visa or Mastercard of any kind. Of course, it's also false that it claims this is my "final notice" since they've been calling for months.

This time, when I dialed "1" to inform them I was filing a complaint, it went to dead air! So the worst insult, when they phone-spam they don't even make sure there's someone available to talk to!
