The first call today from 310-294-8538 at 10:20AM was automated for Health Insurance if you had been rejected.
The second call today from 216-744-4009 at 10:50AM was for credit card lower interest rates.
The third call today from 310-356-1479 at 12:10PM was for a $50 gift certificate to Walmart for a survey that I never did.

Reduced rate on credit card interest rate. No credit card company or bank identified itself. Simply said press 1 to speak to a rep. This was pre-recorded and no identifying info was given. this is the 2nd or third such call. First time I asked to talk to someone, was put through but they didn't identify themselves or let me know the company. Eventually they hung up when I pressed for that information.
