This number belongs to the Verizon Wireless network. The local news media have confirmed & reported these calls from various Cleveland area code numbers to be a Scam.
I did not pick up the phone call and the spiel went to my voice mail. It starts with a female robo voice (it used to say I'm Emily with giggles) who goes on to say that the call recipient has won an amazing resort stay package and they mention Disney. This is NOT the real Disney conglomerate! There are no Disney locations in the Cleveland area for this call to come from and Disney would not be calling people on a spoofed/stolen phone number.
Eventually the call recipient will be told to hold for a "live" person, often times a man. He will then work on the call recipient to give out their credit or debit card number to pay a "small" processing fee to get this "amazing" resort stay.
In actually the media reports the credir card accounts are maxed out or bank accounts emptied before the call has concluded. People are falling for this thieving Scam and giving out personal identities and financial information.
Do Not fall for this, protect yourself!
According to the Ohio Atty General's Office these calls being made so fast and on so many numerous spoofed/stolen phone numbers it has been very hard to get a handle and track these callers to catch the criminals and stop the calls coming in.
The Cleveland BBB states an offer that is free is not an honest one if there are strings to the deal or the smallest of processing fees attached.
